Too much time with mom!

Hunter was in awe of my newly polished toenails. He kept asking me if it hurt to put that stuff on them? I told him no. He then asked me if he could have his polished. I said, "Well Hunt, that's pretty much for girls to do." He said, "But I love you and if you love someone that means you have to do what they do. So I want that stuff on my toes!" So I whispered, "I'll put it on your little toe and that's it."  He said, "But I want it on all my toes!" I told him that I was sure his dad wouldn't like it on one toe, let alone all of them!  Yes, I think this is what happens when boys are with their mom most of the time! Sounds like some father son time is in order!! hahaha

Two phones!!

Wow, today was a busy day for funny sayings!! Len was putting contacts in his new phone and using his old phone to look at the names and numbers. Hunter walked in and says, "Why are you using two phones? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of!"

When I was baby.....

Alright, so I have yet another Hunter "When I was a baby..." story.  I'm not going to elaborate as I think his story says it all!   "When I was a baby I could fart out of my nose!"

Run!!!

As Len was making the boys there Lemonade/Rock stand, he offered to show me how to use the Scroll saw since I have always wanted to use one! So as I'm getting ready to cut, the boys are painting and I hear Dom tell Hunter; "Moms gonna cut! We have to get outta here!" And they grabbed the paints and wood and ran across the yard!! I could smell the fear!! :)

Ripoff!!!

Hunter is playing the original Super Mario Brothers for the Gameboy and he comes out all mad and says, "This game is such a rip off!" I ask him why and he says "Because they just start you wherever they want! Its just a rip off!" Then he takes the game out and walks off shaking his head.

Percy does what??

Hunter has had a DVD called "Percy takes the Plunge" for ages. He has never wanted to watch it. Today he was looking at it and said very excitedly, "Mom! I think I really want to watch 'Percy takes a dump' now!" I corrected him and told him that Percy isn't taking a dump but rather he is taking "the plunge".  Of course, with two boys, that got a lot of laughs!

Toss and Turtle

Hunter couldn't fall asleep and wanted to lay with Dominic to fall asleep.  So he asked Dom if he could. Dom said, "No." So I went to ask Dominic if he would let Hunter lay with him until he fell asleep and then I would move Hunter back to his own bed. Dominic said, "I really don't want him to lay here because I toss and turtle all night long and I'll probably kick him!" 

Note: He did let Hunter lay there just until he fell asleep then Mom had to go move him! Tossing and Turtleing is rough!! :)
